Oracle Health Consulting is seeking an experienced Clinical Trainer to deliver and continuously improve training programs supporting large-scale EHR implementations and adoption efforts-particularly in Federal environments. This role blends advanced clinical training delivery with consulting-grade workflow expertise and select back-end/build knowledge to ensure end users are prepared, confident, and productive at go-lives and beyond. This role will need to support one of the following specialties/workstreams below: Oncology Responsibilities Training Strategy & Delivery Deliver training programs (in-person and virtual) across multiple skill levels and audiences, including deployment and go-live training. Work in partnership with the Design Learning Consultants to review and provide recommended updates to training content and enablement assets (job aids, guides, scenario-based exercises) to reflect workflow and build changes.
