Loss Mitigation Loan Documentation Specialist (Hybrid) Seeking a detail‑driven mortgage professional looking for stability, hands‑on work, and long‑term growth? This hybrid role supports critical loan modification and loss mitigation processes within a structured, collaborative environment. What You’ll Do Review, validate, and process executed loan modification and loss mitigation documents Ensure all signatures, dates, and notarizations are accurate and complete Coordinate document tracking, uploads, and post‑closing audits Support front‑end or back‑end processing, including document orders, intake, and quality checks Communicate status updates with internal teams and external partners as needed Role Logistics Worksite: Hybrid — 2 days onsite in Fishers, IN Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Training: First 2 weeks fully remote, then hybrid Pay: $21/hr Why This Role Stable, weekday schedule with structured processes Exposure to loss mitigation, claims, and mortgage operations Clear growth and development opportunities within mortgage servicing Balanced hybrid environment with team collaboration Ideal for candidates with mortgage or document processing experience seeking consistency, skill expansion, and career growth. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Fishers, IN. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
