Closer

The Closer position works with clients on balancing and preparing closing documents.Responsibilities:Balance numbers with lenders and real estate agents Schedule closings Prepare closing documents Coordinate closings Comply with industry standards and regulations Customer Service Qualifications:Experience as an Escrow Closer or experience in the title/mortgage industry Superior customer service, organization and accuracy Interpersonal, with strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in high volume, fast-paced environment.
