Your future duties and responsibilities Engineer, enhance, and support IVR and Contact Center platform capabilities Develop high quality, scalable, and reusable code and automation Translate leadership vision into actionable engineering outcomes Drive innovation and champion modern engineering practices Identify creative solutions to complex technical challenges Promote a culture of best-in-class software engineering Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and integrity in all aspects of your work Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role 6+ years of hands on experience as a Software, Systems, or DevOps Engineer Strong experience with AWS, including cloud native design and integrations Ability to build serverless solutions using AWS Lambda (Node.js or Python), DynamoDB, and related services Proficiency with DevOps automation using Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools Experience with Jenkins, including building and maintaining declarative CI/CD pipelines Strong UNIX/Linux skills and shell scripting experience Hands on experience with Docker and containerized development/deployment Experience with Contact Center or telephony systems (IVR, ACD, CTI) is a strong plus Experience with Amazon Connect is highly desirable Strong troubleshooting skills for complex application and platform issues Familiarity with APM tools and performance monitoring best practices Understanding of enterprise scale, highly available, and resilient architectures Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) A self-starter mindset with curiosity, collaboration, and a passion for continuous learning Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience Other Information CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $56,600.00 - $153,300.00.
