Cloud Engineer The Cloud Engineer will have an active role in helping design, plan and implement secure cloud migrations as well as adopt new cloud technologies to support business and project needs. This role will provide technical support on major tasks or technology assignments, support for multi-cloud environments, infrastructure migration methodologies and techniques including application migrations to cloud platforms and implement scalable and reliable cloud based, multi-tenant, multi-Cloud Service Provider solutions examples are Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure (this list is not all-inclusive). These platforms will support both traditional and containerized instances Duties/Responsibilities include (This list is not all inclusive): Building cloud instances based off of system and mission requirements Develop laC methodology to define and implement on-prem and cloud infrastructure components such as physical hardware, virtual machines, storage, core roles, and network configurations. Utilize laC tools like Terraform, Ansible, and AWX to provision and manage infrastructure across multiple platforms (on-prem or cloud). Implement standardized configurations, best practices, and automation for infrastructure deployments, ensuring scalability, security, and consistency
