Cloud Support Enginer (Entry-Level)

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Entry-Level Cloud Support Engineer. The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for cloud-based systems, managing cloud infrastructure and system administration tasks, and addressing networking or security issues. The successful candidate will work closely with the IT team to maintain system reliability and provide efficient resolutions to concerns. Qualifications Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support for cloud-based systems Basic knowledge of System Administration tasks and cloud infrastructure management Understanding of Networking principles and foundational Network Security concepts Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently within a remote environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Familiarity with cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or pursuing one) is preferred
