We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our upscale tattoo studio.This position requires a motivated, sales-driven individual with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.As the Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the studio, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming atmosphere for both clients and staff.You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, achieving sales goals, and managing store staff effectively. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Champion an exceptional client experience from first contact to post-service follow-up, setting the gold standard for excellence and professionalism. Respond to all customer inquiries and complaints with urgency, empathy, and decisive problem-solving, preserving the studio's elite reputation. Curate a polished, inclusive, and luxury-driven environment that consistently reflects the studio's high-end brand and clientele expectations. Recruit, coach, and hold team members accountable to deliver outstanding service, operational excellence, and a unified brand presence. Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure a highly skilled, reliable, and customer-focused team. Sales Drive and exceed studio sales goals through active promotion of services and retail products. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to increase revenue. Collaborate with artists and staff to develop promotional campaigns and events. Staff Management Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, task delegation, and workflow coordination. Train and support team members, especially in cash handling procedures and store operations. Ensure register operations run smoothly and all transactions are accurate. Encourage a culture of accountability, creativity, and team cohesion. Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 3 years of retail managerial role, preferably in a high-end retail or service environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent administrative skills, including scheduling, reporting, email correspondence, and data entry. Ability to lead by example with professionalism and integrity. Adapt at problem-solving and handling high-pressure situations with composure.
