Job Title:Clubhouse Maintenance Team Member Department:Clubhouse / OperationsReports To:Assistant Manager / General ManagerEmployment Type:Full-Time (10 Month) Position Summary The Clubhouse Maintenance Team Member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the clubhouse and its surrounding areas.This role supports daily club operations by ensuring all member spaces, service areas, and event setups meet the club's high standards of appearance and service.The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for members and guests.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and order of clubhouse interiors and exterior, including, dining rooms, banquet rooms, restrooms, lounges, hallways, swimming pool area and staff areas.Set up and break down rooms for events, banquets, meetings, and private functions (tables, chairs, linens, staging, etc.) Assist with trash removal, recycling, and proper disposal of materials throughout the clubhouse Monitor and restock supplies such as towels, paper goods, and cleaning materials Support dining and banquet staff with service needs as required Perform light maintenance tasks and report maintenance issues promptly Ensure all work is performed in accordance with club standards, safety regulations, and sanitation guidelines Provide courteous and professional service to members, guests, and fellow staff at all times Assist with opening and closing duties as scheduled Qualifications & Skills Previous housekeeping, facilities, or service experience preferred (club, hotel, or hospitality environment a plus) Ability to lift and move furniture and equipment (up to 50 lbs.)
