Essential Job Duties Conducts physical exams using common assessment skills in a systematic manner. Collaborates on care plans and assists physician with special procedures. Provides patient education to promote self-care and independence. Demonstrates job knowledge, follows company policies and protocols. Respects patients' rights, including the right to inform, privacy, confidentiality, and the right to refuse care.
