Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated CMA/Technician Instructor to join our educational team. In this role, you will deliver engaging instruction, develop comprehensive curricula, and mentor students in clinical and laboratory settings. Your expertise will help foster a hands-on learning environment that emphasizes practical skills, critical thinking, and professional growth. Responsibilities Deliver classroom lectures and practical training sessions on topics such as medical terminology, EKG, anatomy, physiology and nursing. Develop, review, and update curriculum materials to ensure alignment with current industry standards and educational best practices. Supervise students during clinical rotations, laboratory exercises, and simulated scenarios to ensure safe and effective skill acquisition. Assess student performance through examinations, practical evaluations, documentation reviews, and participation in research projects or clinical trials. Provide mentorship and guidance to students. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance evaluations, and clinical documentation in compliance with institutional policies. Prepare students for certification exams and successful employment in healthcare settings. Experience Certified with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience. Previous teaching or training experience along with CPR preferred. Hands-on experience with clinical trials. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds while fostering an inclusive learning environment.
