Archer Heights is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for the 3pm-11pm shift to join our team. If you love helping patients, a dependable hard worker, and a compassionate caregiver. Must Have the Following: Certified Nursing Assistant Certification per state requirements Ability to work every other weekend Compliant with the state’s Health Care Worker Background Check requirements with respect to criminal history Must have proof of Covid-19 vaccination DUTIES: Assist our residents with activities of daily living including but not limited to showers and grooming, patient safety. Document all patient care in the POC Always promote the highest level of customer experience when interacting with family members, visitors, and co-workers Provide a clean, safe, non-hazardous unit for the residents. Maintain all program policies and procedures and state and federal regulations. Be flexible to meet the change in residents’ needs. We need to adapt to their needs rather than expecting them to adapt to our needs. Provide emotional, caring support to residents, families, and the inter-disciplinary team.
