Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of NC required. ABOUT US Zebulon Rehabilitation Center, located at 509 W Gannon Ave Zebulon, NC 27597, is a 60- bed skilled nursing center that offers in-patient residential care, short-term rehabilitation and specialty services. Our property features private and semi-private rooms, landscaped grounds, 7-day per week admissions, and rehabilitation gym with up to 7 day per week therapy, and we accept a wide variety of insurance plans. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ENVIRONMENTShift work may be required. Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, lift and or transfer residents weighing between 100 and 250 pounds, see, use hands or fingers, reach with hands and arms, feel, talk and hear. Employee is occasionally exposed to blood or other body fluids, fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. May be required to work beyond their regular scheduled shift.
