CNA/HHA in ROCKPORT

URGENT HIRING - Immediate Start Needed We are looking for a compassionate and reliable CNA or HHA in Rockport to provide quality care and support to clients in their homes or care facilities. The caregiver will assist with daily activities, monitor patient well-being, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Transportation assistance may also be required for appointments, errands, or daily activities. Responsibilities Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility Monitor and record vital signs and changes in condition Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with medication reminders and daily routines Support clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, hospice care, or disabilities Help with housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation Provide transportation assistance for appointments and errands if needed Safely assist with transfers and mobility, including use of Hoyer lift if needed Maintain accurate documentation using EMR/EHR systems Requirements Valid CNA certification or HHA license required Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred Experience with dementia or memory care is a plus CPR certification preferred Strong communication and compassionate caregiving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible with schedule Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need compassionate care and support.
