Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or memory impairments, including behavioral health management and memory care techniques. Maintain infection control standards by practicing proper hand hygiene and using personal protective equipment (PPE), especially during infectious disease care or in sterile procedures. Support patients with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs by providing compassionate caregiving tailored to individual requirements. Skills Familiarity with specialized areas such as hospice care. Ability to perform basic life support (BLS) and vital signs assessment. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or behavioral health challenges using patient-centered approaches. Excellent communication skills for collaborating within multidisciplinary teams and providing clear patient service instructions.
