Under the general supervision of the Clinical Director, and clinical leadership of the Registered Nurse (RN), and in collaboration with the clinical team, the CNA performs clinical nursing procedures and functions within the Arizona (AZ) CNA Scope of Practice. The incumbent supports the plan of care for each patient, as determined by the health care team, and in accordance with the goals of the organization. Works to improve patient safety and patient experience. Key Responsibilities Certified Nursing Assistant: Responsible for attending to the daily living and safety needs of an assigned group of patients.. Assist registered nursing personnel in the care of patients by performing various patient care activities and related non-professional services. Collaborates and coordinates with other departments to provide timely effective care consistent with individual's needs, choices and preferences. Obtains and records vital signs, heights and weights per policy. Meets patient's personal hygiene and basic needs in a timely manner.
