About the Role: As a CNA Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the schedules of our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care. Your duties will include: Staffing Coordination: Reviewing and updating staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources Communication: Effectively communicating with CNAs, nurse managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of patient care Scheduling: Creating and managing schedules to accommodate patient needs, staff availability, and facility requirements Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts and other issues that may arise Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent (or higher) Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (or related field) Must have their CNA certification Must have the ability to work 8-5 PM Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions Effective time management and prioritization skills What We Offer: If you are a dedicated and results-driven professional with a passion for healthcare, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team.
