About the Role Join our precision manufacturing team as a CNC and Manual Machinist, where you will play a vital role in transforming raw materials into high-quality components. You will leverage your technical expertise to operate diverse machinery, ensuring that every part meets exact specifications and contributes to our overall production excellence. Responsibilities Configure and manage the operation of manual and CNC equipment, including mills, lathes, grinders, saws, and drill presses to meet production targets. Drive quality assurance by utilizing precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators to verify component accuracy during the machining process. Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise machining sequences. Optimize machine performance through proactive adjustments and routine maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize output. Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and ensure consistent adherence to safety and quality standards. Qualifications Required Skills Demonstrated proficiency in operating manual and CNC milling machines, lathes, and grinders. Strong ability to read, interpret, and apply technical blueprints to manufacturing tasks. Proven track record of using precision measurement instruments to maintain tight tolerances. Must hold U.S. citizenship or valid Permanent Resident status. Preferred Skills Experience with boring mills and specialized drill press operations. Advanced knowledge of machining best practices and material properties. Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve mechanical or process-related issues on the shop floor.
