ECHO Incorporated is looking for a 2nd Shift CNC Machine Operator II . This role supports production operations in the CNC Department under the guidance of the CNC Supervisor. Responsibilities include operating designated machines, loading raw aluminum castings into fixtures, removing finished parts, assembling and cleaning machine components, conducting quality inspections, and packaging completed parts. Duties/Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines and semi-automated equipment following training and safety guidelines Load raw aluminum castings into machining fixtures and remove finished parts Perform visual quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications Read and interpret basic 2D drawings and blueprints (training provided) Assemble, clean, and maintain machine components as needed Package completed parts to prevent damage during storage or transport Follow written and verbal instructions to meet daily production goals Maintain a clean and organized work area in alignment with 5S standards Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Exposure to CNC machines or machine operation (school or work) Experience using basic measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, gauges) Familiarity with production or assembly line work Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus Experience: 0–1 year of manufacturing, CNC, or production experience preferred Equal Employment Opportunity: We are an equal opportunity employer.
