Job Description
Company Overview:We are a growing manufacturing company specializing in high-quality interior MDF doors.Our focus is precision, efficiency, and consistent production output.We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator who understands both machine operation and production workflow.Position Summary:The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery used in the production of interior doors.This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to keep production running efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Operate Forklift and CNC machines (routers/saws) for cutting and machining MDF doors Set up tooling, load programs, and adjust machine settings Read and interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and specifications Monitor production quality and ensure parts meet exact dimensions Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues Work closely with production team to maintain workflow and output targets Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications:Minimum 3 CNC experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with woodworking or MDF products strongly preferred Familiarity with CNC software (e.g., Alphacam or similar) Experience with HOMAG or HOLZMA a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Ability to read blueprints and production drawings Reliable, detail-oriented, and production-focused Forklift experience is highly preferred Compensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly pay based on experience Full-time position with overtime opportunities Health insurance and additional benefits Stable, growing company with long-term opportunity What We're Looking For:Takes ownership of their machine and production output Can identify problems before they become downtime Works with urgency and consistency Understands this is a production environment--not a job shop Schedule:8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed Job Type:Full-time Pay:$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience:Manufacturing:3 years (Preferred) Language:English (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Largo, FL 33773 (Required) Work Location:In person.
