CNC Machine Setup/Operator/Programmer

S & R Tool is a precision manufacturer supplying critical components to customers.Our facility operates to AS9100 standards and is equipped with state-of-the-art multi-axis machining technology.We take pride in a culture that values craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and the people who make it all possible.We are seeking a skilled CNC Setup /Operator/Programmer to join our precision machining team.In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC machining centers to produce tight-tolerance components for our customers.Position:Machine Setup-operator-Programmer for Lathe and or Mill Basic Job Description:Perform in-process inspection using precision measurement equipment (micrometers, CMM, gauges) Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and throughput Maintain strict compliance with AS9100 quality standards, first-article requirements, and internal procedures Collaborate with quality personnel to support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work cell in accordance with 5S standards Skills required: Blue print reading skills including GD&T - Good math skills - Keeping work area clean and organized - Must be able to work independently and communicate with co-workers.
