Job Title: CNC Machinist Job Description The CNC Machinist sets up, operates, and adjusts CNC mills, lathes, and machining centers to produce high-quality components according to blueprints, engineering drawings, and machining instructions. This role performs tooling changes, offsets, and program edits while conducting precise inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools. The machinist monitors machine performance to maintain production efficiency, troubleshoots machining issues in collaboration with engineering and supervision, and supports a clean, safe, and organized work area. The position also includes routine machine maintenance, prompt reporting of equipment or quality concerns, and active participation in a team culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.
