What You'll Do: Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes Perform machine setups and troubleshoot issues independently Read blueprints and execute basic programming Work with G-Code (G Zero), CamWorks, or SolidWorks programming Maintain tight tolerances and ensure top-quality parts Collaborate with production and engineering to maximize efficiency What You Bring: 2+ years CNC milling & lathe experience Ability to complete full setups and troubleshoot machines Blueprint reading skills and basic CNC programming knowledge Experience with G Zero, CamWorks, or SolidWorks programming Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Why This Role?
