Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machining equipment to produce high-precision components for custom machinery and equipment. This role is responsible for interpreting blueprints, selecting tooling, performing machine setups, and ensuring parts meet exact specifications and quality standards. Key responsibilities include operating CNC mills and lathes, editing offsets and programs as needed, conducting in-process inspections, and troubleshooting machining issues to maintain production efficiency. The CNC Machinist will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, monitoring tool wear, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Qualified candidates should have experience with CNC machining in a precision manufacturing environment, including setup, operation, and quality inspection. Strong blueprint reading, GD&T interpretation, and proficiency with measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges are required. Experience machining tight-tolerance components for industrial machinery or automated equipment is highly preferred.
