Beavercreek, OH CNC Machining & Programming • Programming & Controls Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated 3–5 Axis Mill Programmer/Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with machine setup and operation, while also collaborating with engineering to prototype new designs and continuously improve machining processes. Key Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate 3–5 axis CNC milling machines on a daily basis. Work directly with engineering to prototype new designs and refine manufacturability. Troubleshoot machining processes, improve setups, and ensure quality production. Perform tool selection, offsets, and adjustments as needed. Inspect parts using precision measurement tools to ensure adherence to specifications. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a CNC mill programmer/machinist (3–5 axis). Strong knowledge of G-code programming and CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, or equivalent). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Skilled in precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, CMMs, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills. Preferred Experience with prototyping and process improvement.
