Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in CNC operations is a plus. Proven experience operating CNC routers or similar machinery. Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
