Required Skills: Current certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) from an accredited program Valid state licensure for practicing as a Nurse Midwife Strong knowledge of obstetric and gynecological care protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and build rapport with patients Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Proven skill in conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, and managing deliveries Nice to Have Skills: Experience with hospital-based or community obstetric services Bilingual abilities to better serve diverse patient populations Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Additional certifications in women s health or neonatal care Preferred Education and Experience: Master s degree in Nursing with specialization in Midwifery At least 2 years of clinical experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife in a comparable setting Demonstrated leadership in patient education and advocacy Other Requirements: Ability to travel as needed for community outreach or professional development Commitment to maintaining current licensure and certifications Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required This is your chance to make a meaningful difference in women's lives while advancing your career within a supportive and forward-thinking organization.
