At the B2B layer, we are exploring how AI powered relationship infrastructure can help communities, startups, organizations, and talent ecosystems foster stronger engagement, trust, and opportunity discovery at scale. We are currently in the early stages with real world traction, curated experiences, an active community, and strong early validation around the problem we are solving. The Opportunity We are looking for a Founding Software Engineer to join CoPatible as a technical co founder level partner in helping build the future of relationship intelligence and human connection technology. This is not just a traditional engineering role. We are looking for someone who genuinely wants to help shape the vision, product, technology, and long term direction of the company from the ground up. You should be excited by the idea of building at the intersection of: AI and human connection Community and belonging Talent ecosystems and networking Behavioral and relationship intelligence Consumer social products Future of work and opportunity discovery We are especially looking for someone passionate about: Building meaningful products that positively impact people Mental health, loneliness, and social connection Relationship driven ecosystems and communities AI powered matching and recommendation systems Startup building and ownership What You’ll Work On Building the core product and technical infrastructure AI powered matching and recommendation systems AI agents and workflow automation Relationship and compatibility intelligence Community and talent graph systems Product architecture and technical strategy MVP development and iteration Consumer and B2B platform infrastructure What We’re Looking For Strong software engineering background Experience building products from zero to one Interest or experience in AI/ML systems Familiarity with LLMs, APIs, vector databases, or agent frameworks Strong product thinking and startup mentality Ability to move quickly and thrive in ambiguity Passion for mission driven technology and human centered products Bonus if you have experience with: Consumer social or marketplace products Recommendation systems or matching algorithms LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar tools Full stack product development Building startups or early stage products Why Join Opportunity to help build a company from the earliest stage Significant ownership and influence over product and technology Ability to shape both the vision and execution of the company Work directly alongside the founder on strategy, product, and growth Build meaningful technology centered around human connection and opportunity Potential for long term equity upside and leadership growth Please note: this is currently an equity only role as we are in the early stages of building.
