Co-Founder (SAAS Product)

The Role As a Co-Founder of our innovative SAAS product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and direction of the company. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to develop and launch cutting-edge ATS solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap. Lead product development from concept to launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales. Identify market opportunities and drive customer engagement. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Team Structure: You will work closely with co-founders, product managers, and a talented engineering team. Ideal Profile The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit. Proven experience in HRIS/ATS sale. B2B Sales Strong understanding of SAAS business models. Must have an entrepreneurial mindset Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
