Company Description Most accounting firms are suits, spreadsheets, and jargon. LUCIA is the first hybrid accounting-software agency for North American content creators. We handle the tax and bookkeeping, while our in-house engineering team builds tech specifically for creators - like custom dashboards that track brand deals & their net worth in real-time. Our leadership comes from the heavy hitters: Nike, Mercedes Benz, Amazon, Raptive, & Deloitte. Role Description We're looking for a Sales Co-Founder to own revenue growth - building our pipeline, closing deals, and shaping how LUCIA goes to market. You'll be the first dedicated sales leader in the business, with full equity participation in what we're building. The foundations are in place: paying customers, market analysis, marketing software licenses, advisors, and a strong brand. Your job is to scale what's working and unlock what isn't. We're targeting a $7M raise at a $20M+ valuation later this year - your track record of growth will be central to that story. Qualifications Sales and Marketing experience with a proven ability to bring in significant business Passion for working with creators and influencers, with a deep understanding of the digital content economy. Bonus if they have their own social medias and have been able to grow it. Experience in accounting, taxes, or financial services is a plus.
