The Midland School District is accepting applications for Head Girls Basketball and Volleyball Coach with possible teaching assignements. A valid Arkansas teaching license is required or willingness to obtain license through an alternate pathway. Skills Required Provide high quality instruction and support to ensure student academic growth and success Actively participate and contribute within the professional learning community (PLC) Exhibit a high degree of professionalism with all stakeholders Planning and leading organized practice sessions Creating strategies to lead the team to victory in competitions Providing feedback and coaching during competitions Maintaining player and team records Mentoring players to develop sportsmanship and respect for the game and other Motivating players to improve Maintaining the equipment and facilities to ensure safe playing conditions Maintain Effective Communicaton with the school community Teaching Assignment TBD Requirements: Appropriate level license/endorsements if necessary and successful completion of all background checks.
