Position Description: Midwest Warrior Academy is a fast-growing ninja warrior training facility in the Omaha area, and we’re looking for an energetic, motivated Ninja Coach to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with kids and families in a fun, active, and encouraging environment. As a Ninja Coach, you’ll support our Head Coach in teaching foundational ninja warrior skills to participants of all ages. You’ll help kids and adults grow in strength, skill, and confidence—all while helping create a safe, supportive, and high-energy space for everyone who enters the gym. Key Responsibilities: Promote and maintain a safe environment for all ninjas during open gym, classes, parties, and events Support instruction by understanding and executing class curriculum and goals Engage and encourage ninjas on the course to build confidence and enthusiasm Assist with birthday parties on weekends (typically one day per weekend) Work with management to complete routine safety checks on obstacles, mats, and equipment What We’re Looking For: A passion for working with kids and helping them grow their skills Outgoing, upbeat, and positive personality Excellent communication skills with both kids and adults 1–3 years of experience working with children (coaching, teaching, or camp experience a plus) A team player who thrives in a dynamic, movement-based environment Will train.
