The Coach will support individuals and teams by providing guidance, mentorship, and strategic planning aimed at enhancing performance and achieving goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting coaching sessions, offering constructive feedback, developing personalized action plans, and facilitating team collaboration. The Coach will also contribute to creating a positive team culture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and fostering personal and professional growth. Qualifications Proficiency in coaching methodologies, mentorship, and skills development Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills Experience in strategic planning and goal setting for individuals and teams Ability to identify challenges and provide actionable feedback for growth Capacity to foster collaboration, team building, and a positive work environment Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management ability Conflict resolution and problem-solving expertise Previous work in investments or real estate is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field is preferred
