Job Description
๐Ÿ“COACHING OPERATIONS MANAGER - Operational Leadership Location: Greater Phoenix, AZ (On-site) Employment: Full-Time, W2 Compensation: $100,000 โ€“ $120,000 + benefits Posted by: Integrative Recruiting on behalf of a confidential client Integrative Recruiting is conducting this confidential search on behalf of an established platform in the professional coaching and online learning industry. ABOUT THE COMPANY ๐ŸŒ Our client is a recognized platform in the professional coaching and online learning space, serving a large and engaged community of professionals, entrepreneurs, and lifelong learners. The company is a category-leading brand that has built a scalable coaching, online education, and personal development platform utilized by millions worldwide. They operate with the rigor of a top-tier learning platform, but within a lean, builder-driven culture where contribution and execution โ€” not tenure โ€” determine advancement. Senior leadership is hands-on, decisions move quickly, and team members across the company have direct access to the executives shaping the next phase of growth. We are looking for an operational leader who will build the systems, standards, and team culture that define how the company coaches for years. This is not a role where you inherit a fully built playbook. THE OPPORTUNITY We're searching for a Coaching Operations Manager ready to step into operational leadership of a coaching department at a defining moment in the company's growth. This position will lead a team of coaches across the U.S. and Canada and while providing the operational backbone behind all new coaching certification programs and launches. The ideal candidate has lived on both sides of the coaching & leadership world: they know what great coaching looks and feels like, and they know how to build the systems that make it repeatable at scale. We are looking for someone who can lead with clarity, precision, and can stand in front of an executive team and present department performance without breaking stride. This is a build role, not a maintenance role. The systems you create will define how this company coaches for years. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, develop, and manage a remote team of approximately 10+ full time coaches across the U.S. and Canada โ€” including all hiring, onboarding, performance management, and scheduling. Build and maintain comprehensive coaching playbooks, syllabi, and onboarding documentation that standardize delivery across the entire team while preserving authentic client connection. Lead the build and rollout of a coaching certification program launching this summer โ€” including coach training, quality standards, and program delivery infrastructure. Define and track the KPIs that reflect coaching quality, student outcomes, and team performance, and provide structured, transparent reporting to senior leadership on department operations. Identify and close gaps in coaching delivery through ongoing observation, session review, feedback, and iteration. Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and senior leadership to align coaching with broader business objectives. Build the operational infrastructure โ€” scheduling, tooling, systems โ€” that allows a remote coaching team to scale without losing quality. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE 5+ years of experience in coaching, coaching program management, or a related operational leadership role. Demonstrated success leading and developing remote teams of 8 or more across multiple time zones. Proven track record building documentation, playbooks, SOPs, and structured training curricula from the ground up. Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present clearly and confidently to senior and executive leadership. Experience leading through transitions, program launches, or organizational change. Background in professional or business coaching, ideally within online education or personal development (preferred). Familiarity with community-based learning environments such as Circle, Slack, or similar (preferred). Coaching certification (ICF, iPEC, or similar) is a plus, but not required. Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. Available to be on-site in Scottsdale, AZ majority of the week (relocation considered for the right candidate). WHY THIS ROLE This is a rare opportunity to step into
