Pay: $25 / hour plus tips Responsibilities Cocktail servers are responsible for taking and delivering drink orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Their duties include greeting and interacting with guests, recommending drinks or menu items based on preferences, handling cash and credit card transactions, and monitoring alcohol consumption to comply with legal regulations. They may also assist with bar preparation, restocking supplies, and opening or closing tasks. Requirements: 2 or more years of experience as a server in a high-volume establishment Strong knowledge of spirits, with a passion for mixology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
