Responsibilities Lead strategic migrations and optimize CI/CD workflows Manage and modernize the automation ecosystem using GitLab, Ansible Automation Platform, and Terraform Configure and manage GitLab Runners, Groups, Projects, and Permissions Design, implement, and optimize complex GitLab CI/CD pipelines Collaborate with application teams to integrate GitLab workflows and best practices Develop and maintain runbooks, wiki pages, and pipeline templates Integrate monitoring tools for GitLab health and pipeline performance Ensure code quality, compliance, and security through policies and guardrails Provide 24/7 on-call support for CI/CD or migration-related incidents Skills Extensive experience in administering complex applications and tools Proficiency with GitLab, Artifactory, Xray, and SonarQube Strong knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Ansible Understanding of containerization and orchestration, such as Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud) Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Experience with SCM tools like JFrog Artifactory, BitBucket, GIT, SVN Preferred Skills BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience GitLab Certified Administrator Experience with Agile, continuous integration (CI), and continuous deployment (CD) practices We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all individuals are valued and empowered to succeed.
