We are an established local, family-owned business that specializes in Pantry Service.We warehouse, distribute and merchandise everything that a company needs for their breakroom, including food, beverages, paper goods and beverage appliances.As part of our service, we loan coffee, water and other beverage equipment to our customers and dispatch our service team when maintenance and repairs are needed.Our long-time Service Manager is retiring and we are now looking to expand our team.This position is directly responsible for managing the San Jose Branch's service team and managing other aspects of the service department.This position requires technical knowledge of the equipment, leadership/managerial skills, and communication skills.This is a Monday-Friday position, from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.Duties and Responsibilities Hire / Supervise / Train service technicians in the San Jose branch.Schedule service calls and assign to technicians across route territory.Daily use of planning software SAP Business One and FieldAware (experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate).Manage parts, equipment and consumables inventory Respond to emails/phone calls from customers, Associated customer service and Sales.Monitor dashboards for remote machines and schedule work accordingly.Coordinate installations / pulls with our sales team.Go into the field to perform some service calls or to assist technicians when needed.Monitor company service vehicles and assist in scheduling repairs.Update vehicle information in online portal.Assist in the management of the San Jose branch.Skills and Requirements Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license.Must have a strong technical background and experience in repairing equipment or appliances, with some light electrical and plumbing knowledge.Proficiency in written and verbal communication is essential.Fundamental computer skills are required to perform daily job duties.Ability to prioritize and problem solve with accuracy and attention to detail is important Leadership skills and ability to supervise and train.Must work well in a team environment.Pay:$80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location:In person.
