Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Coffeeshop Manager to lead our vibrant team and ensure an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, and foster a welcoming environment for guests. Duties Lead daily shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service at all times Supervise and train staff on food preparation, beverage crafting, POS systems (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), and food safety protocols Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Oversee cash handling procedures, including balancing registers and preparing financial reports accurately Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food handling, and safety in compliance with health regulations Coordinate shift schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to foster a motivated work environment Support kitchen management by overseeing food production, quality control, and ensuring timely delivery of orders Requirements Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurant environments Strong background in coffee experience, barista skills, and culinary knowledge preferred Demonstrated supervising experience with team management, training & development skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Experience in budgeting, inventory control, and restaurant management practices Hospitality management background with a focus on casual dining or café settings is highly desirable Ability to lead by example, motivate staff, and foster a positive team atmosphere Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in shift management and operational tasks Join us as a Coffeeshop Manager where your leadership fuels our passion for great coffee and memorable guest experiences.
