PTSD: 92% reported symptom improvement Anxiety & Depression: 89% reported symptom improvement Safety: 95% reported no side effects across 800K+ sessions Role – Collaborating Psychiatrist As a Collaborating Psychiatrist, you’ll transform and save lives by elevating our clinicians through mentorship, collaborating with our clinical team, and ensuring adherence to world‑class protocols. Serve as the collaborating psychiatrist (supervising physician) for Mindbloom’s PMHNPs and Psych PAs Review clinician audits and reports prepared by our team – reviewing and signing off as needed Conduct periodic case reviews through Zoom; cadence based on local and state laws (e.g., 30 mins per clinic or quarter) Provide mentorship and feedback to clinicians as needed Escalate issues to Mindbloom’s Clinical Director if necessary Qualifications Board‑certified psychiatrist in good standing Highly collaborative – engaging clinicians as colleagues and partnering with leadership to elevate client outcomes Expertise in telehealth – attending scheduled monthly/quarterly meetings on time and staying responsive between touchpoints Mission‑obsessed – passionate believer in the power of psychedelic therapy
