Collection Representative

What You Would Do Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to perform collection activities on our clients outstanding accounts. Negotiate a payment solution with consumers in accordance with company and client standards, process and verify payments over the phone, provide thorough and accurate documentation on consumer accounts, locate consumers via company approved skip-tracing methods, responsible for handling highly confidential information, perform other responsibilities and duties as requested. How to Do It Successfully Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and team oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast paced office environment. Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer service, ability to consistently exercise discretion and independent judgment, excellent problem solving and analytical skills required, excellent telephone skills, maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor when handling customer questions, inquiries or complaints.
