Collections Associate Attorney - Must be licensed in Virginia Job Description Salary : $110000 - $135000 Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of general collections experience to assist their community association and HOA clients in their Community Association practice group. Candidates must be licensed in Virginia** Responsibilities Job Requirements: Independently manage a caseload of 250-400 active collection cases from initial intake to closing of files Work closely with paralegals, administrative assistants and Shareholders on collection case load Review and interpret client documents and draft legal opinions for Shareholder review Regularly handle court appearances in multiple jurisdictions and handle abatement court cases for enforcement of covenants Routinely communicate with community association clients and their management agents and provide routine status reports Manage billing of hourly time and via task codes for fixed fee collections work Routinely attend on-site meetings at client community associations to oversee elections and Board meetings Salary Range: 110k-135k All replies confidential. #IND2 Contact Details Christopher Falvey Sr Executive Recruiter 631 635 1206 Executive Alliance Christopher.Falvey@execsallied.com www.execsallied.com https://www.linkedin.com/in/christopherfalvey/
