Collections Lead

A company is looking for a Collections Lead to manage account portfolios and ensure timely collections. Key Responsibilities Conduct collection efforts for facility-level accounts and reconcile balance variances Provide customer service by explaining bills and following up on past due accounts Identify at-risk accounts and collaborate with management to resolve account balances Required Qualifications High School graduate, GED, or equivalent experience One year of billing and/or collections experience Experience in third-party billing or collections in the healthcare industry preferred Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Webex, MS Teams, and basic computer knowledge Medical billing and coding experience desired
