Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Collections Specialist. As a key member of the team, the Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing outstanding accounts, initiating communication with customers about past-due invoices, and ensuring timely cash collection. The role includes collaboration with internal teams to resolve disputes, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and assisting with finance-related reporting and follow-ups. Qualifications Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with customers Basic understanding of Finance principles and practices Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently Experience in accounts receivable or collections is a plus Proficiency with accounting software and CRM systems preferred
