A company is looking for a College Coach to provide virtual support to college students. Key Responsibilities Provide personalized coaching and guidance to college students through various communication methods Collect, record, and interpret student data to track progress and inform coaching strategies Participate in virtual meetings and contribute to department goals and projects Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a minimum GPA of 2.5 1-2 years of post-college professional experience Experience with documenting and assessing data Strong desire to learn about education technology and college student success best practices Familiarity with Google Suite (e.g., Google Docs, Google Sheets)
