Job Summary The College Recruit I serves as a key liaison between the Division of External Programs program directors and prospective graduate students. Provides guidance to students on academic matters and serves as the lead recruiter for all graduate degree programs within the Division of External Programs. Works closely with the Office of University Admissions to ensure the efficient coordination and execution of recruitment and admission activities, demonstrating independent decision-making authority, judgment. Processes graduate admissions documentation, facilitating, submitting, and routing graduate assistantship contracts, and acting as a liaison between graduate students, the Dean's Office, and Central HR. This position ensures the efficient operation and continued success of the Division of External Programs graduate programs Assists with the development of the units recruitment plan to include email and telephone campaigns.
