Our services include Emergency commercial plumbing and sewer response Large-scale drain field and sewer resolutions Storm drain and retention pond cleaning, repair, and maintenance Roadway, DOT, city, and county utility support Municipal and public works infrastructure response Emergency water remediation and cleanup services The Role We are seeking a Commercial Account Executive — Infrastructure & Business Development to expand RooterPLUS’s presence across commercial, municipal, and infrastructure-based clients. This is a relationship driven business development role, not a lead following sales position. The ideal candidate brings existing relationships within facilities, infrastructure, utilities, restoration, or municipal environments and understands how to sell services tied to urgency, risk, and operational continuity. You will work directly with: Facilities Managers Public Works Directors Stormwater Managers Municipal buyers Operations leaders Risk management teams Your mission is to position RooterPLUS as a trusted emergency response and infrastructure service partner. This role does not focus on HOAs, apartments or residential service sales. Key Responsibilities Leverage existing commercial, municipal, or infrastructure relationships to generate opportunities Develop new business across commercial facilities, infrastructure, and public-sector clients Identify opportunities involving: Sewer failures Drain field issues Stormwater system maintenance Retention pond cleaning and repair Roadway and utility-related plumbing issues Water damage remediation response Support proposal development, bid preparation, and service agreement opportunities Coordinate with operations, excavation, plumbing, and remediation teams Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems Participate in strategic sales planning and team meetings Represent RooterPLUS professionally in the field and in client environments Target Client Verticals Experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred: Municipal, city, or county organizations Public works departments Stormwater management programs Utilities and infrastructure contractors Light industrial and distribution facilities Restaurant and hospitality groups Private schools, charter schools, and faith-based campuses Class B & C commercial properties Qualifications Required Proven B2B sales or business development experience Strong relationship-building and communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Willingness to travel throughout Metro Atlanta and North Georgia Preferred Existing portfolio of commercial, municipal, or infrastructure clients Certification through the National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) (PACP, MACP, LACP, or similar) Familiarity with stormwater, sewer inspection, or municipal infrastructure programs Ability to read or interpret civil or utility-related plans Experience supporting infrastructure proposals, bids, or service agreements Georgia Utility Contractor License or experience working within a utility contracting environment Background in plumbing, excavation, civil, restoration, environmental services, or infrastructure sales RooterPLUS Culture RooterPLUS operates in a fast-paced, urgency-driven environment where our success is defined by our relationships with clients and our ability to deliver when it matters most.
