Kearns Brinen & Monaghan, Inc.is a leading third-party commercial debt collection agency with a long-standing reputation for professionalism, compliance, and results.For the last 21 years, we've focused on building strong client relationships, recovering commercial debt with integrity, and offering custom solutions that protect our clients' brands.As we grow, we're looking for driven individuals to join our team and help businesses recover what they're owed while maintaining the highest ethical standards.What You'll Do:Manage a portfolio of commercial (business-to-business) accounts and pursue payment of past-due balances through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.Negotiate payment arrangements with business owners, CFOs, accounts payable departments, and many more ranges of people across the world.Analyze customer accounts and payment history to recommend strategies for collection.Maintain accurate records of all collection activity in the CRM/database.Stay current on commercial collection laws and best practices.Uphold KBM's commitment to professionalism, compliance, and client representation.Qualifications:Strong communication skills, especially over the phone and in writing.Confidence in negotiating and overcoming objections.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.Comfortable working with performance goals and deadlines.Previous experience in debt collection (commercial debt collection is a plus) Familiarity with commercial credit, B2B communication, or finance is a bonus.Why Join KBM?
