Job Description Job Description Commercial and Business Litigation Attorney Established 30+ Years Premier Firm Seeking Litigation Associate Attorney for Commercial and Business Litigation in White Plains, New York. An established firm based in White Plains, New York with over 30+ years in practice is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join their team onsite. This Litigation Associate Attorney will have experience handling commercial litigation, business disputes, and complex civil litigation, including matters involving breach of contract, business torts, and related disputes, while managing cases from inception through resolution. Offer: Salary range: $140,000-$185,000+, contingent on experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with firm contribution Paid time off and paid holidays CLE and professional development support Long-term growth and advancement opportunities Qualifications: Admission to the New York State Bar in good standing 3-6 years of experience handling commercial or business litigation matters Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Experience with motion practice, discovery, and depositions Ability to manage multiple litigation matters in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities: Handle all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation Draft and respond to written discovery and prepare deposition outlines Conduct legal research and draft substantive motions and memoranda Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members Assist with trial preparation, arbitration, and mediation proceedings For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
