Duties & Responsibilities Execute high-quality interior and exterior painting projects for both commercial and residential properties. Perform thorough surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming, to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish. Apply various types of paints, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray painting equipment with precision. Operate and maintain basic painting tools and equipment, ensuring their proper function and longevity. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines on all job sites, including proper use of ladders, scaffolding, and personal protective equipment. Collaborate effectively with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure project specifications and timelines are met. Conduct final inspections of painted surfaces to guarantee a flawless finish and client satisfaction. Manage paint and material inventory, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
