Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team.The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial and commercial cleaning environments, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.This role involves working at various heights using specialized equipment, including scissor lifts, to ensure windows are spotless and presentable for our clients.Duties Perform thorough cleaning of windows in commercial buildings, ensuring all surfaces are streak-free and polished.Utilize scissor lifts and other equipment safely to access high-rise windows.Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights to ensure personal and team safety.Inspect windows for damage or issues that may require attention beyond cleaning.Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous and professional while on-site at client locations.Requirements Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred.Ability to be on time.Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, climbing, and lifting throughout the day.Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.Having your own personal truck is preferred If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute your skills in a dynamic environment while ensuring cleanliness and safety, we encourage you to apply for the Window Cleaner position today!
