RPC Company is hiring a Commercial Banking Market President / Commercial Market Executive for a confidential banking client in the Northern Indiana / Michiana Region. This is a senior-level player/coach role for a commercial banking leader who can both manage major commercial relationships and lead a team of relationship managers across the market. The ideal candidate has grown a commercial banking book into the hundreds of millions, led a team of double-digit RMs, and knows how to build market share through C&I lending, SBA lending, treasury, deposits, COI networks, and community presence.
